Hello!
We’re Salud and Sebastian Marroquin, a married couple and lifestyle bloggers who live and work in the dynamic community of San Gabriel Valley, CA & surrounding areas. We have been real estate agents for a total of 10 years combined and have had the pleasure of helping lots of families buy their first home, sell their home, and buy investment property.
We also like to share weekly information about everything new we discover and enjoy in our community; the best happy hours, cute coffee shops, restaurants, hiking trails, and dog parks, amongst other fun activities in and around San Gabriel Valley.
Sebastian teaches real estate classes through PCC’s Extended Learning Center on various topics, and together, we host free informative seminars, meet-ups, and fun community events regularly. Helping people is the driving motivating factor behind what we do and that mindset and approach has come back to us 100-fold! The more we give the more we get!
