Republik Coffee is one of those places you always pass by to and from work but never notice…until someone tells you about it.
Recently, we were looking for a coffee shop near our office in Pasadena and my brother-in-law told us that Republik Coffee was his favorite. And it did not disappoint. We were greeted by the words “Life is Too Short for Bad Coffee” on the wall next to the coffee bar and we ordered the Black Vanilla Latte, per my brother-in-law’s recommendation. It’s made with activated charcoal, espresso, bourbon vanilla syrup, and milk- yum.
Republik Coffee also offers a lunch, brunch, and dinner menu along with a nice selection of wines. There’s something to satisfy any mood. Great coffee, food, wine, and a cute outdoor patio with a great ambience right off of Lake Ave. Definitely one of our new go-to’s whenever we are in the office.
