The weather has been perfect for taking Fico on walks down Myrtle Ave. in Monrovia and every time we’re there we always stop by Merengue Bakery and Cafe. It is our go-to place for a quick bite or snack. They have amazing Cuban dishes, desserts, cakes, and of course- great COFFEE! Our favorite things to order are their savory empanadas and Cortadito.
