Summer is officially here and it’s not too late to get in shape for all of those upcoming BBQ’s, pool parties, and beach outings!

For the last 3 weeks, we have been enjoying prepped meals by Meal Preps by Rob in Pasadena. This is our first time doing a meal prep service and it has made sticking to our diet much easier than usual. Plus we have the added convenience of not having to grocery shop, cook, or clean! Win, win, win!
